Located in the prestigious Banafseg Services Centre, First Settlement, the hospital is distinguished by a contemporary architectural design that reflects the emerging urban trends in the area. This district, which has been expanding rapidly in recent decades, is characterised by a vision of a modern and cosmopolitan city, breaking away from traditional Egyptian architecture in favour of a more international and innovative design language.
The hospital project is located on a 16,128 m² site, with a total area of 20,125 m² distributed over five floors above ground level. The building, conceived as a courtyard hospital, features dynamic façades with vertical slats screening the interior spaces and horizontal bands running through the structure. This combination creates an effective architectural composition in which functionality and aesthetics are perfectly integrated. The horizontal bands give the building a sense of linearity and spatial continuity, while the vertical lines give the façade momentum, emphasising the building's height.
In the centre, a 1,175 m² courtyard represents the beating heart of the hospital: a large open space that allows in natural light and fresh air, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. This architectural design, conceived to combine functional efficiency and aesthetic beauty, pays particular attention to sustainability and harmony with the surrounding environment, meeting the needs of a modern healthcare facility.
Intended to offer healthcare services of the highest quality in an exclusive setting, the New Cairo Hospital represents excellence in the medical sector and healthcare hospitality, becoming a landmark for the city.
