GKSD esco manages energy efficiency interventions and production from renewable sources, guaranteeing their correct functioning and achieves results through the stipulation of an EPC (Energy Performance Contract).
The main areas of focus concern the installation of electricity production plants such as cogeneration and trigeneration plants, solar photovoltaic, solar thermodynamic and wind power plants; thermal and refrigeration energy production plants, such as refrigeration units, high efficiency heat pumps and geothermal heat pumps; energy monitoring systems (EMS); charging stations for electric cars; waste treatment and management plants.
Management of Access to Incentives and Financing Practices
The company manages all activities relating to the access of incentives and loans provided in the field of energy efficiency, such as white certificates, thermal accounts, eco-bonuses, facade bonuses and tax deductions.
Energy consultancy
GKSD esco carries out consultancy activities, in particular, for energy markets, electricity, thermal and natural gas supply contracts, monitoring consumption and checking the correct application of market prices. It also draws up Energy Diagnosis and Certifications (PPE) and coordinates the activities making sure they adhere to the UNI CEI EN ISO 50001 standard ("Energy management systems - Requirements and guidelines for use").
