Who We Are

We are the Energy Service Company (ESCo) of the GKSD Group, a successful union between GK Investment Holding and the San Donato Group, the leading healthcare group in Italy and among the top in Europe. Founded in 2021, our ESCo has quickly built distinctive expertise in the healthcare and services sectors. Through a proactive, innovation-oriented approach, we drive the development of advanced solutions, placing energy efficiency at the core of our mission to ensure long-term sustainability and value.
We believe that the energy transition is the future, and we are here to accelerate it. We design tailored EPC solutions intended to improve energy performance and savings against agreed baselines and defined contractual conditions. With our support, Energy performance projects can contribute to operational efficiency and business resilience, subject to the findings of the initial assessment and the agreed project scope.
With steadily growing revenues, we leverage our experience to take on new ambitious challenges. While consolidating our leadership in the healthcare sector in Italy and abroad remains a priority, we also aim to expand our presence in the industrial and tertiary sectors. Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

Remuneration is linked to agreed plant-performance parameters, baselines, metering and the measurement method defined in the contract.

General Contractor

We manage design, procurement, implementation, and subsequent maintenance of systems on behalf of the client.

We provide 360° support in the energy sector, keeping clients updated on regulations, energy markets, possible incentives, and the latest technologies.

Energy Management
