The ‘Milan Student House’ is an ambitious project for the city and is part of the redevelopment and conversion of the former Galeazzi Orthopaedic Institute building, situated in Bruzzano. This modern facility is designed to meet the needs of university students and offers a wide range of housing options including single rooms and mini-apartments, as well as all the necessary support services that will ensure a comfortable and accessible learning environment. The facility can accommodate upwards of 450 students and comprises of roughly 400 single rooms and 70 mini-apartments.
In addition to breathing new life into an old facility, the student facility provides a much-needed affordable housing opportunity for students while also contributing to a dynamic community environment for young people.
