Italy has ambitions to strengthen its position as an attractive destination for global investment, and foreign-controlled multinationals are keen to contribute to the supply chain. Amazon, the logistics company, disclosed in its European blog some exciting numbers from the final report of the ninth edition of the Global Attractiveness Index (GAI) 2024, an analytical platform developed by The European House Ambrosetti in 2016 to measure the attractiveness of countries, providing insights to support pro-business strategies. The report was presented at the 50th edition of the Forum, hosted at Villa d'Este (Cernobbio) where GKSD was a leading sponsor.

Thanks to innovation, economic growth, and support for SMEs, Italy has gained a position, reaching 17th in the global rankings. GKSD is leading the healthcare infrastructure advisory worldwide from his HQ in Milan.  Following the report’s suggestion, GKSD operations has already embarked on some important strategic infrastructure, adopting innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare.

GKSD is also a strong advocate for knowledge sharing and has been extending vital support to other hospitals in 16 different countries, from Africa to the Middle East, significantly impacting healthcare services. It is also a great promoter of grants in education.

GKSD Chairman Kamel Ghribi is among the impressive list of distinguished guests at the National Italian American Foundation gala award ceremony every year. NIAF organizes its Anniversary Washington, D.C. Gala every autumn, inviting the President of the United States, figureheads from the political, financial, and cultural arenas, illustrious Italian Americans, and about 1,000 guests from the United States and Italy.

NIAF honorees include Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea & Veronica Bocelli, Joe Di Maggio, Sophia Loren, Roberto Benigni, Al Pacino, Leonardo di Caprio, Martin Scorsese, Nicholas Cage, Danny DeVito, Sylvester Stallone, Stanley Tucci, Aurelio & Giada De Laurentiis, Miuccia Prada, Massimo Ferragamo, Giorgio Armani, Gianni & Santo Versace, Paola Fendi, Susan & Giovanni Agnelli, Giuseppe Lavazza, Lee Iacocca, Stefano Domenicali, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Leon Panetta, Justice Antonin Scalia and other notables in business, sports, entertainment and politics.
